Q: How do I create an account?

A: First of all, you don’t have to have an account to order from www.spcop.com. You can check out as a guest and include your shipping instructions and credit card information. Secondly, you will see a “My Account” link on the top of the home page. This is where you can create a user name and password. It takes about one business day for your online account to be approved and ready for ordering.

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all of our products and there are no minimums.

Q: When will I get my products?

A: We offer same-day or next-day delivery for most of our delivery territory. Our deliveries are made either by your personal sales representative or one of our delivery drivers. The frequency of our delivery route to your location will determine your regular delivery time. We encourage you to call your personal sales representative or one of our locations if you need to arrange any special delivery instructions.

Q: Who is my personal sales representative?

A: Our territories are divided up by geography. If you haven’t met your sales rep in person, we can arrange that. To request a call back or a visit, just give the closest retail location a call or email us.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: We guarantee all defective merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that is 100% intact and in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund within the first 30 days of the order. Restocking fees may apply to orders older than 30 days. Special order items, dated goods, food products and / or custom products are not returnable with SPC Office Products. Just fill out the form on this page.

Q: Do you charge freight when I return an item?

A: No, we will pick up your return on our regular delivery schedule. Your account will be credited when the item has been processed in one of our retail locations.

Q: Are there any hidden fees that I will find out after I have made my purchase?

A: Never! We always try to take care of ALL of our customers. We don’t play the pricing games (prices different every week) or the rewards game (make you pay more up front and offer you discounts on select items later). Our goal is to provide prices and discounts that are easy to understand. For our online customers, we do offer special coupons and free gifts when you buy certain amounts of products from our site!
